Ecolite products and AAC blocks are made using slurry mix containing cement, sand, lime and aerating agent. The slurry is poured and moulded to form lightweight AAC blocks, panels and lintels upon which are cured in autoclave. The high-pressure steam-curing mechanism in the autoclave facilitates the curing process of the moulded lightweight concrete, producing physically and chemically stable products that weigh about 1/5 of normal concrete. Ecolite products contain millions of tiny non-connecting air pockets yielding superior thermal insulation property.
Ecolite products reduce the construction time by 20%. As different sizes of AAC blocks help to reduce the number of joints in wall masonry. The lighter weight of the AAC blocks and lintels makes it easier and faster to transport, place and construct the masonry.
Being light weight Ecolite AAC products drastically reduce the dead weight of the building, resulting in to the reduction in steel (up to 27%) and cement (up to 20%) structural cost savings.
Ecolite products are light in weight and easy to install. High pressure steam-curing autoclaving process gives AAC unmatchable strength to weight ratio
Ecolite products are extremely resource efficient and environmental friendly material, As they do not require water curing a tremendous amount of water is saved.
Ecolite products provides well insulated interiors, keeping out warm air in summers and cold air in winters. They also meet the appropriate standards for sound insulation in house building, which means quieter and more comfortable interior.
